New Clients
For new clients, schedule a free introductory call to see if we may be a good fit. You can use the portal link https://gallaghercounseling.patientsecure.me/request to self-schedule your 15 minute intro call or you’re welcome to email me at vanessa@gallaghercounseling.com to set up a call. I provide in person sessions for those in the Austin area, and telehealth sessions for clients located throughout Texas, Wisconsin and Vermont. I utilize a HIPAA compliant web-based platform that allows for secure, reliable sessions.
Established Clients
I encourage you to use your client portal to send a secure direct message to me if you need to reach me outside of session. You may also email or text me for rescheduling and administrative matters only. I will respond to messages outside of business hours once I’m back in the office.

***The office is located in a sprawling complex with confusing and winding driveways.
If you’re using GPS, enter 1201 Spyglass Drive as your destination. Upon arrival turn into the driveway immediately before the blue 1201 Spyglass address sign. Building 15 will be immediately in front of you, suite 1504 is up the front staircase. Park in any available/unrestricted parking spot.
Driving directions:
From the North:
If you’re driving southbound on Mopac or Barton Springs, turn left onto Bee Cave Rd, go straight through the light at Bee Cave Rd and Wallingwood Dr. and veer right to continue on Wallingwood Dr. At the stop sign turn left onto Spyglass Dr and then look for the blue 1201 Spyglass sign and turn left into the parking lot, building 15 will be immediately in front of you.
From the South:
If you are driving northbound on Mopac, take the Barton Skyway exit. At the light turn right onto Barton Skyway, then at the stop sign turn left onto Spyglass Drive. Approximately 1/2 mile on the right you will see a blue 1201 Spyglass sign, turn right into the parking lot, building 15 will be immediately in front of you.
